QUALITY DEVELOPMENT POLICY MODEL PRIVATE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER

This research focuses on examining the policy model for developing quality of private junior high school teachers in Pandan District. study used field method (field research). The results this are that order to develop teachers, leaders schools District need to: (1) Create, compile and formulate vision, mission, goals institution, especially development teacher quality; (2) Building commitments worth worship; (3) Build attitude discipline; (4) Changing mindsets building positive character. Teacher improvement continues dynamically. Participation improving must continue be considered continuously guarded by all parties.
